You will be met at Pisa airport in the afternoon of May 24th (exact time TBC) and transferred to Residence Casanova in San Quirico D’Orcia. The remainder of the afternoon is at your leisure.
We will meet in the early evening for introductions and an overview of the workshop before dinner.
The workshop commences on the 25th and ends on the evening of the 29th May.
Our daily itinerary is weather dependent but we will be out early most days for a dawn shoot before returning to the hotel before breakfast. After breakfast we will head out on location, exploring the countryside and hill top villages. We will return to the hotel for a siesta during the afternoon before heading out again for the late afternoon/evening shoot.
Evening meals will be at the hotel or local trattoria.
There will be an early departure after breakfast for Pisa airport on the 30th.
For our workshop we will be based at Residence Casanova. Located just outside San Quirico D’Orcia, it is the perfect base for our Tuscan adventure. With an on site pool and spa it provides a wonderful environment in which to relax. Your accommodation for 6 nights is based on single occupancy of a Superior Room with a beautiful valley view, inclusive of breakfast.
Tuscany is known for its cuisine and you won’t go hungry with the chance to try plenty of local Tuscan dishes in the adjacent restaurant, situated in an old 13th century farmhouse.
For any queries regarding your accommodation please email me in the first instance.

Should your partner also be a photographer and wish to join you on this workshop, please contact me and I will advise you of the cost based on sharing a room as there will be a slight per person reduction. Non photographer partners, or friends/family sharing the same room, are also most welcome. As a non photographer, no day excursions are included as we need the space in the minibus for our photographers, so you may wish to hire a car to allow you to explore the area whilst you are here.
Our pick up will be from Pisa international airport, to which low cost direct flights are available with BA from London Heathrow, Ryanair from London Stansted and with EasyJet from Bristol.
