Learn landscape photography

Looking to improve your photography?

Image Seen will help you to unlock the full potential of your camera and develop your photographer's eye. With practical hands on advice, expert guidance and tuition you will quickly improve your technique to go on to make more satisfying and creative images.

Practical based workshops
Our workshops are designed to enable you to get the most from your camera and to encourage your creativity. All tuition is largely practical, and very much hands-on, with theory and explanation along the way. Out in the field, through both practical demonstration and exercises, you will learn the essential techniques that will enable you to take better landscape images. On our longer workshops we also take time after the practical sessions to critique your images as a group to ensure you are on the right track.

Tuition to suit all abilities.
Whatever your level, whether you are a complete beginner, a keen amateur new
to the exciting world of digital photography, or just getting to grips with a
new camera, we can tailor your tuition accordingly to help you to get the most
from your camera and improve your photography.

Choose from one to one or small group tuition
Tuition is offered on either a one to one or a small group basis. Our group workshops have a maximum of eight or ten participants and two tutors, enabling you to really benefit from dedicated attention and help when you need it.

A day with Sarah really gave me some new things to think about and practice, some practical new skills that will last with me a long time, and a great boost to my confidence on what I can achieve with a bit of investment in the shot.

What will I need to bring?
On all our workshops, you will need your own camera, it
doesn’t matter if it’s a basic point and shoot or an advanced DSLR, the fundamentals apply to them all.

A tripod is an essential piece of kit for the landscape photographer and is very useful for compositional purposes as well as steadying the camera.

Filters can also be very helpful in controlling exposure or reducing reflections.

Please contact us if you need advice as to what to bring before buying new equipment.
